By placing an order with The Pynk Plug, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or order modifications will be accepted once an order has been placed.

• Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, processing times, preorder information, and shipping details before completing their purchase.

• Filing a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting The Pynk Plug to resolve a legitimate issue may be considered a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

• The Pynk Plug reserves the right to contest fraudulent or invalid chargebacks by submitting order confirmations, tracking information, delivery confirmation, customer communications, and any other supporting evidence to the payment processor or financial institution.

• If a chargeback or payment dispute is determined to be fraudulent or otherwise without legal merit, The Pynk Plug reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including filing a claim in small claims court where permitted by applicable law, to recover the disputed amount, court costs, and any other remedies available under applicable law.

• The Pynk Plug reserves the right to refuse future service or cancel pending orders from customers who engage in fraudulent activity, abuse the chargeback process, or violate these Terms & Conditions.
