All sales are final.
Each item is carefully inspected and guaranteed before shipping. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded due to shipping delays, as transit times are out of my control.

Processing and delivery times may vary, especially during holidays or carrier delays.

Delays do not qualify for refunds or returns.
Refunds or replacements will ONLY be issued if:

The wrong item was sent, or

The item arrives damaged due to an error on my end (photo proof required within 48 hours of delivery).
