Tracking information is sent once your order has been fulfilled and is ready to be dropped off with the carrier. Orders may remain in the processing stage until items are fulfilled. If an item is not on hand, processing time may be extended. Once shipped, tracking will be emailed automatically.

Custom items (Name Plates, Character Pieces, etc.) take up to 3 weeks.
