Shipping policy

All orders are processed in the order they are received.

The Pynk Plug offers both on-hand and preorder/custom items. Please review each product description before placing your order, as processing times vary by item.

Processing Times:

• On-hand items:

Ships within 1–3 business days.

• Jewelry Preorders:

Please allow 1–2 weeks for your jewelry to be produced, delivered to us, and shipped to you.

• All Other Preorders (including phone cases, wallets, purses, shoes, accessories, custom items, and any item not currently in stock):

Please allow 3–4 weeks for your order to be produced, delivered to us, and shipped to you.

Important Notes:

• Orders containing both on-hand and preorder items will ship together once all items are available unless otherwise stated.

• Processing times begin after your order is placed and do not include carrier transit times.

• Preorder and custom item timeframes are estimates and may occasionally be affected by manufacturing, customs inspections, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been processed and shipped.

• The Pynk Plug is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier after your package has been accepted for delivery.

• By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the stated processing times before completing your purchase.

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges on any order after it has been placed.
