All orders are processed in the order they are received.

Because we offer a mix of on-hand items and custom/preorder pieces, shipping times may vary depending on what you purchase.

Processing Times:

• On-hand items:

Ship within 1–3 business days after processing

• Custom & preorder items (including phone cases, name pieces, and select jewelry):

Please allow 3–4 weeks for production and delivery to us before shipping out to you

Important Notes:

• If your order includes both on-hand and custom items, your order will be shipped once everything is ready unless otherwise stated

• Tracking information is sent once your order has been fulfilled and shipped

• Orders remain in processing until all items are received and packaged

Please understand that some delays may occur due to:

• Manufacturing timelines

• High order volume

• Supplier shipping speeds (outside of our control)
